Wireless Affinity Enterprises (WAE) is a wireless content & marketing company focused on delivering leading mobile products and services to the largest non-profit organizations in the US. WAE believes in the importance of the mobile phone for strengthening the relationship between cause-related organizations and their dedicated members. We see an opportunity to provide marketing and technology platforms to our Affinity Partners to support them in their communication and funding missions.

WAE provides Affinity Partners with virtually unlimited inventories of mobile calling plans and devices which the Affinity Partners then resell to their vast memberships, instantly earning cash which can then be used to fund the cause.

WAE also offers expanded programs through our Data Services Platform which brings a complete selection of the proven applications and well as the latest technology and innovations in mobile marketing to the affinity world.

Above all, our team is dedicated to providing our Affinity Partners with world-class marketing support, which will allow non-profit organizations to generate more than they ever have in order to achieve the goals of their organizations. With decades of experience marketing everything from the Las Vegas brand to Presidential campaigns to the Olympic Games, we have the skills, know-how and resources to deliver on this promise.

Who We Are

WAE is led by its group of founding partners:

Michael Spencer, WAE's Founder, will serve as the company's interim President. Following a 20-year career in marketing positions in the leisure travel and hospitality industries , Spencer has developed a wide range of consumer and media programs for a variety of clients including Viacom, MTV Networks, MGM Mirage, Time Warner, Anheuser-Busch,The Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority, the Canadian Football League, the Walt Disney Company, Porsche North America and others.

Hon. Sig Rogich, former Senior White House Aide and Presidential Advisor in three administrations, former US Ambassador to Iceland, and founder of R&R Partners advertising agency in Las Vegas.

Dick Schultz is the former Executive Director of the NCAA and former United States Olympic Committee Executive Director.

Eric Leven will serve as the company's senior business advisor and is currently the President of Rip Road, a mobile interactive marketing company formed in 2005. Previously, Eric was a director of new business development for Cingular Wireless and AT&T Wireless, where he was responsible for launching hundreds of wireless products and programs with major media companies. Eric led a Cingular Wireless team in 2005 that focused on strategic mobile video relationships, and was instrumental in developing Cingular's exclusive HBO Mobile video deal. Eric was responsible for setting up AT&T Wireless' premium SMS business, and he helped build the industry SMS Common Short Code (CSC) initiative in 2003. Prior to AT&T Wireless, Eric was VP of Business Development and Content at Europe Online Networks in Luxembourg. He led the content team and all content deals, and assisted in raising over $70 million of capital for the company. Eric has a BA degree from Dartmouth College, an M.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics, and a MBA from Columbia University.

Ralph P. Mills is a founding partner in the CPA firm of Widmer & Mills and is a successful businessman in both the farming and gaming sectors. Mr. Mills will also serve at Wireless Affinity's Chief Financial Officer.

Joe Pietropaoli will be the company's interim Chief Operating Officer. Joe has a diverse range of experience in the fields of advertising, marketing, banking, and real estate investment. His primary responsibilities will include the implementation of company strategy and achieving the company's short and long term goals. Joe will also oversee finance, sales and marketing, administration, and customer service.
